When Q Orange is enough

Chop strawberry and place it along with lemon juice, and organic agave in a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon, 2 dashes of bitters, and ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with 2oz Q Ginger Beer and garnish with a strawberry slice.

Early Autumn

Warm up even the coolest fall nights with a cocktail created by Adam Schuman of the Fatty Crab

Place all ingredients besides the Q Ginger Beer in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. Top with Q Ginger Beer. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick and lemon peel.

Sunset Park Swizzle

Swizzle to your delight

Shake tequila, apple cider, lime juice, Velvet Falernum, and bitters in a shaker with ice. Strain over fresh ice into a highball glass. Top up the rest of the cocktail with chilled Q Ginger Beer and garnish with a lime wedge.

Yule Mule

Ho Ho Yum

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, cranberry juice, fresh lime juice and orange bitters and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with Q Ginger Beer. Garnish with cranberries.

Pear Haymaker

Straight from Talulu’s Garden in Philly

Makes two drinks

Divide chopped pear between two 12 oz tall glasses; muddle in each glass with a wooden muddler. Pour 2 oz vodka over the pears in each glass, and fill with ice. Add ½ oz lemon juice to each glass, stir to combine, and finish with 4oz Q Ginger Beer to top.

Apricot Rum Fizz

Like Fred and Ginger

Add a few ice cubes to a serving glass. Pour in rum, apricot nectar, and lime juice, then top with Q Ginger Beer. Stir lightly and serve immediately.

Bourbon Ginger Beer Float

An adult ice cream float served at Bourbon & Branch in San Francisco

Place the ice cream in a chilled beer mug. Add the bourbon and top with Q Ginger Beer. Serve immediately. Serves 1 happy person.

Q Ginger Beer margarita

Yup.

Line a small serving glass with fresh lime juice and dip in coarse salt. Add tequila, agave nectar, Cointreau, and lime juice to a large glass or cocktail shaker with 1/2 cup ice and stir vigorously. Pour liquid into serving glass with a few ice cubes. Top with Q Ginger Beer and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Combine the Fernet-Branca, sweet vermouth, and lime juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well, strain, and serve up. Top with Q Ginger Beer, gently stir and garnish with the orange wheel.

Black(berry) and tan

Muddle 5 of the blackberries and mint leaves with the agave nectar and lime juice. Add the rye and fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake vigorously, then strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with Q Ginger Beer and garnish with remaining blackberries.

Combine vodka, lemon juice, agave, bitters, basil and 3 of blackberries in a filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top off with Q Ginger Beer and serve garnished with the remaining blackberry.
